SET YOUR INTENTION - then we build on your intention.  Each exercise (vision board, meditation, mini Hypnosis), anchors that intention.  Just think, what would your perfect life look like, now let's anchor that.  Great way to meet like minded women.  Dress comfy, lunch and coffee provided.  Bring yoga mat or somethin comfortable to lay on for Hypnosis.    This event is held at County of Wellington Museum in the Nicholas Keith Room.  ADDRESS 0536 Wellington Road 18, Fergus
