SET YOUR INTENTION - then we build on your intention. Each exercise (vision board, meditation, mini Hypnosis), anchors that intention. Just think, what would your perfect life look like, now let's anchor that. Great way to meet like minded women. Dress comfy, lunch and coffee provided. Bring yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on for Hypnosis.
