I became a registered Hypnotist with the National Guild for Hypnosis in 2014.


THE PROCESS

When we are talking to each other, we are in BETA mode. This means our brain beats approximately 21 times per second. ALPHA mode is when our brain beats 7 - 14 times per second... similar to Reiki or Meditation. However, with Hypnosis our brain beats 4 - 7 beats per second. This is called THETA mode. At this relaxed state, the subconscious is willing to accept change in unwanted behavioural patterns.

Hypnosis is an effective healing modality that covers a broad range of challenges we face in our modern society. We begin each hypnosis session by travelling into a deep, meditative state, I'll then begin speaking to your subconscious mind, enabling suggestions for change and healing to integrate. These suggestions are tailored to your specific challenge and how to achieve the healthy lifestyle and long term effects you wish to achieve.
It is extremely important that you do the 5 minutes a day exercise for 21 days. The results are much more powerful. This is a MINDSET adjustment for lasting effects.
