Hypnosis is used to gently change unwanted behaviours and/or work performance, weight loss, reduce stress, anger, and anxiety.
When we are talking to each other, we are in BETA mode. This means our brain beats approximately 21 times per second. ALPHA mode is when our brain beats 7 - 14 times per second... similar to Reiki or Meditation. However, with Hypnosis our brain beats 4 - 7 beats per second. This is called THETA mode. At this relaxed state, the subconscious is willing to accept change in unwanted behavioural patterns.
All Hypnosis includes the session with a recorded mp3 file.
